What's up! I’m Johnathon.

I make Bored fingerboards. Honestly, I’m doing this purely out of boredom and for the love of the game.

I’ve always been the type to buy decks just because I loved the graphics. After a while I realized I wasn’t even skating half of them, I just liked collecting and appreciating the design. At some point it clicked. Why not just make my own?

I’ve been designing and making products since 2012, including fingerboards, and over the years I’ve slowly dialed in my process. After a lot of trial, error, and way too many late nights in the shop, I feel like I’ve finally cracked the formula.

Every Bored deck is made by me in my shop here in Indianapolis, Indiana. Every graphic comes from my wifes brain then I illustrate it! No riff raff. Just hands-on making, clean fun graphics, and shapes I actually want to shred myself.

This isn’t about hype or chasing numbers. It’s about making cool stuff, having fun, and sharing it with people who get it.
