All products, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and written content associated with BORED are the property of BORED and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use BORED designs, branding, or content beyond personal use. For collaborations, licensing, or wholesale inquiries, please reach out directly.

All products are intended for personal use only. BORED is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or any damages resulting from use after delivery.

Due to the small-batch and handmade nature of the brand, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the product’s character. Prices, product availability, and release quantities are subject to change without notice.

BORED reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or violation of these policies.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, BORED is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or issues outside of our control. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BORED’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.
