Return and Refund Policy

All BORED fingerboards are handcrafted and made to order. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

If you need to cancel your order, you’re welcome to do so at any time before shipment for a full refund. Please email [email protected] for order changes/cancelations.

If you believe there is an issue with your product, please reach out. Any concerns will be reviewed after the item is returned and inspected, and a resolution will be determined at that time.

If a refund is issued, it will be sent back to the original form of payment and typically processes within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations are normal and part of what makes every board unique. Thank you
